Rose, Appletree and Honeysuckle cottages are converted stone agricultural buildings, made into comfortable and stylish accommodation. Subsequently Beech, Laurel and the Edens were purpose built as high standard holiday homes. The properties enjoy a rural location near the historic town of Linlithgow and within sight of the golf club, and are a great base for hen weekends, friends or groups of families holidaying together, or for extended families - everyone gets their own space, but all within close proximity of each other. Eden 1 and Eden 2 can be configured as a single unit; there is a lockable, sound proof and fire-proof partition between them. When using both Edens in this way it is possible to position the two dining tables to then seat a maximum of 16 people. Each cottage has its own private outside space, hot tub, barbecue and seating. All properties have WiFi using super-fast fibre broadband, a TV and a 'badger' cam for watching the local wildlife. With Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling all in easy reach by car or train, the area offers an enormous range of activities, both outdoor and cultural. For those that like to be on the water, the Port Edgar Watersports Centre is only 8 miles away. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Free WiFi using super-fast fibre broadband in all cottages. - **Accessibility:** Ground floor bedrooms in each cottage. - **Dog Friendly:** Pets by arrangement. - **Kitchen:** Well equipped fitted kitchens.
