The properties enjoy a quiet rural location, free from distractions, but easily reached by car or train from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. All properties have WiFi using super-fast fibre broadband.
There is plenty of outside space which is ideal for the many practical tasks and activities that are typical of corporate and team building exercises. There’s even space for an outside marquee if required.
Accommodation is spread across 7 cottages, all located close to each other and offering several spaces for meetings and breakout areas. Eden 1 and Eden 2 can be configured as a single unit making it possible to position the two dining tables to then seat a maximum of 16 people.
When relaxing each cottage offers your delegates private outside space, a hot tub, barbecue and seating. All properties have a TV and a ‘badger’ cam for watching the local wildlife.

Central heating and a wood burning stove with a basket of logs provided.

Bedrooms

Each cottage has either two king size bedrooms and a twin, or two twins and a king size, plus a sofa bed/camp bed. Some bedrooms are en suite.

Linen

Bed linen and towels/hot tub towels are provided.

Bathrooms

There are a mix of bathrooms and shower rooms, many en suite.

Children's Facilities

We have high chairs, cots, plastic plates, mugs, cutlery, stair gates and toys.

Outdoor

Private hot tub, outside space. 1 acre swing park: large basket swing, see-saw, roundabout, 2 long slides, castle with a tunnel, 40 metre flying fox.

Swimming Pool

There is no swimming pool, but each cottage has a private hot tub.

Parking

There is ample free parking.

Smoking

No smoking inside the properties.

Booking Information

Prices are per cottage, with all cottages the same price.
Deposit is 30%. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival. No damage deposit.
Change over days tend to be a Monday or Friday, minimum stay is a weekend of two nights.
