Willow Tree Farmhouse sleeps 12 - 18, a large country farmhouse with a hot tub. For groups larger than 12 guests staying in the Farmhouse, we can add an extra single bed in the downstairs bedroom, an extra single bed in the triple room, make up the double futon in the triple room, and/or make up the double day bed in the master suite. The Farmhouse can seat up to 30 guests for dining together.
Willow Tree Barn sleeps 8 - 12, a luxury barn with a hot tub. After 8 guests, we can add another double sofa bed in the snug, 2 extra singles beds in the master suite, or 1 extra single in the twin room and 1 extra single in the master suite. There is dining space for up to 12.
Additional charges apply for extra guests.
