Willowbrook is a detached Cotswold stone house that sits within the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Radford, near Chipping Norton. The house is in an idyllic spot surrounded by rolling countryside at the end of a no through road. There is easy access to most of the Cotswold's sought after pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions and quintessential villages/towns nearby, with places of interest including SOHO Farmhouse, Daylesford Organic Farm shop, Bamford Spa, Bicester Village and Blenheim Palace.

The grand entrance hallway leads to a spacious open plan kitchen/dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and kitchenware including double fridge/freezers, dishwasher, double oven, induction hob and coffee station with GRIND coffee machine. The dining area has a beautiful large wooden dining table for group meals to seat 10 people with a further 3 spaces at the breakfast bar and 2 high chairs available. Separate utility room to the side of the house with a second dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The generous sized sitting room has comfortable seating, large TV and an open fireplace with double sided wood burner which looks through to the separate snug room. Underfloor heating is fitted throughout the downstairs space along with SONOS speakers. There is also a study with workspace and a downstairs WC.

Upstairs are 5 well-proportioned bedrooms each with ample storage, bespoke blackout roman blinds and comfortable mattresses and bedding. 4 of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the 5th bedroom has its own bathroom just down the hallway. We have 2 additional pull out beds for children only and 2 travel cots available on request.

Doors from the kitchen and the sitting room lead out onto the courtyard which is a luxurious place to relax and enjoy the picturesque views. Stunning teak dining table and chairs to seat up to 12 people, stylish modular sofa and a BBQ and Green Egg. Step up from the patio into the 2.5 acre garden and cross the pretty stream that runs through the grounds. Lots of walks from the doorstep leading across fields, streams and woodland paths.  

Enjoy a game of boules, giant jenga or connect four. We also have two football training packages with goals and kickman for any avid football fans in your group.

Dog Friendly

2 well behaved dogs are welcome on request for an additional fee of ÂŁ30 per dog. We provide doggy welcome bags, towels and bowls.

Smart TVs fitted in the living room, snug, study and bedrooms. SONOS speakers.

Private gated gravelled driveway with lots of parking.

50% deposit due upfront to confirm your booking. Final balance due 2 months prior to arrival.

No physical damage deposit taken but guests are asked to sign a contract to be liable to charges for any breakages/damages during their stay.

Discounts offered for weekly and monthly stays.

Next door to the house there is a two bed cottage that sleeps a further 4 people, it is available to rent alongside the house for bookings over 7 nights only.

Radford is a secluded hamlet on the River Glyme in Enstone civil parish about 6 miles east of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, and within easy access of the A44, A34, M40 and wider road network. A car is recommended due to the rural location but taxi numbers can be provided.
