There is probably no better location in Tenby than that of Windermere House, sandwiched between the picturesque harbour and award winning Castle Beach. This recently refurbished Georgian townhouse is the perfect family holiday home for friends and family to get together for a summer break or weekend by the sea. It's just a 30 second walk to Harbour or Castle beach and a short walk to the shops, the harbour and fabulous seafood restaurants.

Built across 4 floors, this holiday house in fashionable Tenby exudes luxury, charm and style, with lots of original features including Georgian sash windows and shutters, alongside stylish contemporary living areas designed for comfort. The ground floor has an open plan lounge kitchen diner, and the modern kitchen has everything needed for easy self catering and entertaining, including an island with stools and an electric AGA. The utility room doubles as a boot room for muddy wellies and wet clothing and opens onto a private landscaped south west facing garden; the outside space is also perfect for a morning coffee or evening drinks. Gorgeous wood flooring and original Georgian wide staircases create a wonderful feeling of space.

Windermere House is perfect for a family stay; relax in the open plan ground floor space, or upstairs in the first floor lounge with the most amazing Castle Beach views. The lower ground floor sitting room and games area is fantastic for the youngsters to congregate away from the grown ups.

The 4 bedrooms are configured as super king, king, double and bunks, attractive rooms with original picture sash windows, views and a TV in each. 1 bedroom is on the 1st floor and the others on the 2nd. There's a modern family bathroom on the 2nd floor with bath and shower over, one en suite and a separate cloakroom.

Windermere House is convenient for exploring the many jewels of Tenby including St Catherine's Island and some of the best blue flag beaches in the UK. Pop across the road to the iconic harbour for a boat trip to Caldey Island or a cruise to see marine wildlife including whales, dolphins, porpoises and seals. Try your hand at paddle boarding or kayaking and discover secret coves.

No parking on site, although you can unload and load outside property. Multi storey or on street parking a 2 min drive away.

Booking Information

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rent payable. The balance plus any security deposit is payable to us not less than 10 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the hiring. If not paid prior to this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit paid. If reservation made within 10 weeks of the commencement of the stay then the total rent together with any security deposit is payable when the reservation is made and accepted.

The cancellation fee will be 30% before 10 weeks of the commencement of the Let. If the cancellation is less than 56 days the fee would be the full cost of the Let. In the event that we are able to re-let the property for the same period at the same cost, the fee and security deposit will be reimbursed to the Hirer.

We cannot accept bookings for stag or hen parties. Any such booking will result in a full refund of payment.

A £250 security deposit is to be paid, refunded within 48 hours following the completion of the hiring, less any charges incurred as a result of the failure by the Hirer to meet his/her responsibilities as set out as in conditions 10 & 11.

Smoking is not permitted in the property. Pets are not allowed in the Property.

The number of occupants of the Property should not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.
