There are many local attractions such as Downton Abbey Church (in our neighbouring village Bampton), the Faringdon Folley, the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, and many quaint historic villages. Surrounded by fields teeming with wildlife, you can enjoy blissful sunsets and star-filled night skies, where you will experience real peace and relaxation. Windmill Farm is available to a wide range of group types, from family gatherings to team building for corporate groups and activity or training sessions for other organizations. Windmill Farm encompasses our modern Wellspring accommodation with 18 en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 55 people in twin, double and family rooms. The comfortable lounge sits up to 35 and includes a inglenook fireplace with a wood stove. There is also our beautiful farmhouse, Lower Farm, with its private garden, kitchen and 5 bedrooms, which can be hired as a standalone for overnight gatherings or meetings. The Wellspring accommodation and Lower Farm, as an overflow, are available on a catered basis and Lower Farm, on its own, is available for self catering. However, the Wellspring is not available for self catering. Windmill Farm has several meeting spaces including a staged Conference Hall seating 160 and Windmill Barn seating 24 (with inglenook fireplace, a kitchenette, and on-site bathroom facilities). There's also an indoor Sports Hall with a climbing wall and table tennis. The outdoor spaces at Windmill Farm include an orchard and several paddocks which are suitable for all manner of outdoor recreational activities (including camping). We also offer outdoor activities such as climbing, biking, archery and water sports on the nearby Upper Thames River. Windmill Farm is owned by the charity Adventure Plus (reg.1081059), so your stay will help transform the lives of thousands of young people in a meaningful and positive way. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** All meeting spaces have WiFi access. - **Accessibility:** Yes.
