This large holiday house is ideal for groups, family gatherings and celebrations, golfing breaks and vacation rentals in Scotland for long weekends or full weeks. Winton Cottage is situated only half an hour from Edinburgh centre in a quiet corner of the Estate, with it's own large garden complete with BBQ area, outside seating, summer house and sandpit. The house has a large kitchen and open plan dining room with French windows onto the huge sunny south facing garden. There is also a great games room complete with plasma screen TV, sound system, pool table and a fridge for those beers! We also have two other luxury self catering properties on site, Wintonhill Farmhouse (sleeps 12-14) and Broomrigg Farmhouse (sleeps 8) that can be hired individually or together for larger groups. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** No pets at this property. Wintonhill Farmhouse allows dogs at the discretion of the manager. - **Accessibility:** There is a bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room that is fully accessible with no steps. - **WiFi:** The house has free WiFi throughout. - **Kitchen:** A large, fully equipped modern kitchen with range cooker with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer. Separate washing room with dryer. - **Dining Room:** This is situated through an arch from the kitchen. There is a solid oak table seating 12 comfortably and French windows onto the private garden. - **Sitting Room:** Winton Cottage has a very comfortable sitting room with open fire, books and board games. - **TV and Music Facilities:** In the Games Room there is a wall mounted plasma screen TV with freeview and a sound system with surround sound and iPod. MP3 player cable. - **Games Room:** This is equipped with a small pool table and foosball table, plasma screen TV, music system with surround sound and even a fridge for those beers! - **Heating and Open Fires:** The house has oil fired central heating throughout and an open fire in the sitting room.
