A large, fully equipped modern kitchen with range cooker with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer. Separate washing room with dryer.

This is situated through an arch from the kitchen. There is a solid oak table seating 12 comfortably and French windows onto the private garden.

Winton Cottage has a very comfortable sitting room with open fire, books and board games.

In the Games Room there is a wall mounted plasma screen TV with freeview and a sound system with surround sound and iPod. MP3 player cable.

This is equipped with a small pool table and foosball table, plasma screen TV, music system with surround sound and even a fridge for those beers!

The house has oil fired central heating throughout and an open fire in the sitting room. We supply logs for this.

5 bedrooms, 2 of which are family rooms with a king size double and a single. 2 can be double or twin and one is a permanent twin.

All bed linen, towels, bath robes and toiletries are included in the rent.

5 of which 3 are en suite showers and the other 2 are have baths with showers over them.

We can supply high chairs and cots, please notify us in advance.

Huge sunny south facing enclosed garden, with sandpit, barbecue area, patio and outdoor tables and chairs.

We do not have a pool.

There is ample parking.
