The lodges and cottages stand in a beautiful 3 acre garden, with outstanding views towards Exmoor. The site offers a mixture of 4 star accommodation with 2 stone cottages and 6 timber lodges. All lodges have verandas with superb views and L shaped open plan living rooms with fully fitted kitchens containing a microwave, electric cooker, toaster and fridge freezer and most have dishwashers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery. Colour TVs and DVDs and heating throughout. Wi-Fi in the lodges. Holly Lodge is the largest unit on the site, with 4 bedrooms - 2 doubles, a twin and a bunk bed room - and situated in the prime position with 180° views from the sea, past Dunster and up the valley to slopes of Exmoor. Disabled access, washing machine and dishwasher. Up to 2 dogs permitted. Laburnum Lodge has one large double (or twin) bed with en suite wet room, one double and one twin. Disabled access to both doubles. One dog permitted. Cherry Tree offers a double with en suite shower and a twin bedroom. One dogs permitted. Fully accessible shower wet room, ramped access. 3 further single storey have covered verandas to take advantage of the wonderful views over the valley. These are 4 star standard, extremely warm and cosy with electric heating throughout. One double and one twin bedroom in each. Yew Tree has a bed chair in it's living room. One dog per Lodge except Cherry Tree Lodge which is dog free zone. April Cottage is a 2 storey stone built cottage Double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs, both with en suite facilities. No dogs. Full size single Z Ed available in the twin room. Rose Cottage is a single storey stone built cottage with one double bedroom. No dogs. Woodcombe Lodges are open all year and short breaks are available from October to May. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Two dogs are allowed in most of the Lodges.
