Woodend Farmhouse is a beautiful, large country holiday house dating from the 14th century with lots of original features and private gardens, set in rural Herefordshire, and close to the Malvern Hills. Added extras include a luxury 12 person spa hot tub and a games room crammed with games to keep your group entertained. After a long day hiking in the stunning Malvern Hills, or exploring Malvern and beyond, sink into a comfy sofa in front of the fire, or chill out in the garden over a few drinks. Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen which has all you need to create a feast. Share a celebratory dinner in the oak beamed dining room, with a roaring fire if it's chilly, or windows open to the garden in summer. After dinner, get out the board games for an evening of fun, or star gaze over marshmallows around the fire pit. The ground floor also has room for coats and boots, as well as a glamorous shower room with a chandelier. The first floor provides 3 bedrooms including the master, with an emperor bed and en suite facilities. A family bathroom has a freestanding bath tub and his and hers basins. The upper floor offers 4 further bedrooms - one of them with fantastic retro Mr Men wallpaper which is over 50 years old! - and a third bathroom with a shower. A couple of the bedrooms can be configured as a superking bed or singles, for greater flexibility. Sofa beds are also available for extra guests. Outside, the extensive private garden has plenty of seating areas with wonderful views. A BBQ is available along with outside furniture for 20. And if you fancy a stroll, head out into our 400 acres of meadows and woodland straight from the door. Children are well catered for here too, with all the kit you might need for an easy stay, as well as books, toys and a wealth of outdoor play equipment. The games room and hot tub are always a big hit, and there's loads of space to explore. Dogs are welcome too. We welcome family celebrations, stags and hens for sensible celebrations. If you wish to party hard then please enquire about hiring one of our geodomes. Events may take place on the far side of our farm during the summer. Farmhouse guests can attend our public events for free.
