The villa offers a true luxury home-from-home experience, featuring a stunning infinity swimming pool and hot tub with beautiful sea views, spacious outdoor terraces, and generous landscaped gardens designed for relaxing and spending quality time together. Torquay is one of three beautiful towns forming the sheltered Tor Bay and is renowned for its warm climate, clear bathing waters and clean air. Local beaches form a golden arc around the bay, with picturesque shingle coves nearby. Guests can enjoy excellent shopping, waterside restaurants, theatre, bars, marina facilities, golf courses, coastal walks and easy access to Dartmoor National Park. Woodend is ideally suited to family holidays, celebrations and relaxing breaks by the sea. Important guest information: Out of respect for our neighbours, we kindly ask that the swimming pool, hot tub, and bar area are not used after 10:00pm.  As this is my home, you will find it is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering a genuine home-from-home experience rather than a standard holiday rental.
