Woodfield Farm is a very attractive gated property in the stunning Ribble Valley. Next to a working farm, the house offers fabulous views of surrounding countryside in an idyllic rural location.

The owners are keen to provide a fun and relaxing environment for all groups with a basement housing a cinema room, full sized snooker and table tennis area. There is also a large mirrored space suitable for exercise classes, making it ideally suited as a Yoga retreat. Not to be outdone, the outside has even more opportunities for rest and relaxation, including plenty of seating, a covered hot tub and a tennis court. Visitors can enjoy a barbecue in the specially designated area under the pergola or savor a first cup of coffee taking in the pretty landscape.

Woodfield is a great place to get together with friends or family and is set up to cater for all preferences and age ranges. The interior contemporary layout downstairs is open plan so well placed to prepare a meal and settle down together to eat. The lounge area with log burning stove provides comfy seating and somewhere to watch TV or sit down for a natter at any time of day. For some extra choice and privacy there is an informal sitting room on the top floor with another TV, DVD and a Wii.

The sleeping accommodation on the ground floor is perfect for those who find the stairs a bit too much. Moving upstairs, the high spec design is continued with spectacular hard wood floors, staircases and landings leading to 6 further bedrooms. There is lots of flexibility to deal with demands of a multi generational party too in the 6 luxury bathroom facilities.

Conveniently close to the M6, Woodfield Farm is an excellent base to explore the area. A look around the nearby village of Ribchester is worthwhile or slightly further afield Whalley and Clitheroe. Keen walkers will enjoy the Ribble Valley and appreciate the close proximity to the Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District. There are lots of family friendly attractions within easy reach, so options to keep the whole group happy.
