Set within 2.5 acres of beautiful cottage gardens and private woodland in the peaceful Kent village of Yalding, steeped in Medieval history. The cottages offer plenty of space, comfort and privacy, while still keeping everyone close together.









Enjoy your very own ice cream parlour, complete with a traditional ice cream bike filled with award-winning flavours from Taywell Ice Cream, made just three miles away. For cosy movie nights, there is a professional popcorn machine, while the candyfloss machine will bring back childhood memories with three delicious flavours to choose from.









Sleeping up to 12 guests across 6 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, the cottages provide flexible accommodation for families, couples and groups of friends. The stylish open plan living spaces are bright and welcoming, with fully equipped kitchens, cosy lounges with wood burning stoves, Smart TVs and south facing balconies overlooking the gardens and countryside. A true escape.

West Cottage is the perfect place for everyone to gather, with a large dining table seating 12 for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches, celebratory dinners or evenings spent catching up. East Cottage offers an equally inviting living space, giving larger groups plenty of room to spread out. In the cooler months, the wood burners really come into their own, making both cottages feel especially warm and cosy after a day out in the Kent countryside.

Outside, there's something for every age. Get everyone together for a friendly tournament on the full size tennis court, children can explore the climbing frame and summerhouse filled with giant Lego and toys, while adults relax among the mature gardens or unwind on a balcony with a book. The private woodland is perfect for gentle walks, wildlife spotting or magical games of hide and seek.

Step beyond the grounds to explore the historic village of Yalding, where you will find welcoming pubs, riverside walks, local shops and scenic countryside trails. The cottages are just a 45 minute train ride from London. From castles and coastal escapes to wildlife parks, vineyards and outdoor adventures, discover endless activities across Kent with something to suit everyone in your group.
