Woodlands Farmhouse combines the heritage and charm of an historic old dairy farm with the style and chic of 21st century living. It has seven bedrooms (one of which is located on the ground floor and ideal for those who prefer not to use stairs), and sleeps 14 very comfortably.

Swallow's Orchard, very close by, is ideal for additional members of a larger group.

The Sedum Spa is a shared facility on the same site which offers our guests: 12x5m indoor pool, sauna, Nordic hot tub, 2 x cold tubs, 4 treatment rooms (with therapies available), relaxation room, poolside lounging area, gym, separate male and female changing rooms. There is no extra charge for using this facility, with towels, robes and flip flops also included. A visit to the spa overlooking Glastonbury Tor will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised....

The house was completely renovated and refurbished using the finest craftsmen to restore features such as the Inglenook fireplaces, old bread oven, original flagstones and large elm floorboards to name but a few. Whilst preserving the old, we have also added the style and comforts of 21st century living, with luxuries such as the hot tub, cinema room, wet room showers and bespoke designer kitchen.

Why not enjoy a tranquil countryside walk with your dog around the 100-acres of ours surrounding the house, before relaxing and unwinding in the spa or your own private massaging hot tub with a chilled glass of champagne. For the more active, the gym, games room, kids play area should keep even the most restless entertained. Either way, we have designed the house and facilities to cater to every one's needs, from young to old, modern chic to classic elegance, to provide you with a truly memorable experience.

We also have the Milking Parlour event space available to book at an additional cost if you require more space or are booking mulitple properties and need somewhere to dine together, host activities, play games, or just come together as a group.
