## About The Property

Woodsome Lodge sleeps up to 16 guests in gorgeous West Yorkshire. Ideally placed for families and friends to get together and have a fabulous weekend away, close to Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester. Relaxation provided from the moment you arrive, this is a great place to celebrate a family big birthday, catch up with old friends, or enjoy an indulgent pamper weekend with a group of girls.

Therapy treatments such a massage, reflexology, reiki etc are provided by our own trusted professionals including a pregnancy specialist.  Afternoon tea can be delivered to the door with beautiful crockery provided also.  A 3 course meal by your own private chef is a wonderful treat! A full pamper as described above is £100pp after booking although you can pick and choose activities also.  A cocktail class can be enjoyed at the local cocktail bar 'Harvey's wine bar and grill' around 7 mins walk away - this is a fab activity. Locally there is Pilates, pottery making, wine tour .. lots to do!

Please note that we do not allow loud rowdy parties at the Lodge, only groups wanting a relaxed or pamper style weekend are very welcome. Please bear this in mind when booking.

Golf, fishing, biking, shopping and walking in wonderful countryside are all within easy driveable distance

Newly refurbished to a very high standard, the Lodge has all you need for your relaxing weekend break. Sleeping 16 guests in comfortable beds, with luxury bed linen, free use of hot tub and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a 'home from home' stay. Backing onto Jumble Wood, Woodsome Lodge is private and quiet, with an outdoor terrace and hot tub under an all weather gazebo. Up to 3 well behaved pets are welcome to stay at no extra charge subject to terms.

A fantastic pub and cocktail bar are within walking distance and activities to enhance your stay such a paintballing, walking, climbing, golf, fishing etc are all within 30 minutes drive or literally on the doorstep. There are plenty of family attractions nearby such as Cannon Hall Farm, Kirklees Light Railway, The Mining Museum and Helme edge Vineyard, all within a short drive. The lodge is perfect for families and large group bookings.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Three well behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must not be allowed in bedrooms.
- **Accessibility:** Downstairs bathroom and bedrooms. There is a door threshold that requires a small ramp to enter the property.
- **Hot Tub:** Seats 8 people and is available 8am until 9.50pm everyday.
- **WiFi:** Free super fast fibre WiFi provided Aand included in the price.
- **Kitchen:** 2 cookers, 2 fridges, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, binbags, DW tablets, pots, pans and tableware provided.
- **Dining Room:** A table seating all 16 people is in its own lovely dining room. This room is lovely for afternoon tea or chef-cooked meal. Tableware provided.
- **Sitting Room:** Lounge is large with 2 sofas, luxury deep pile carpet and great view. Snug space in kitchen is perfect for coffee on the sofa and relaxing.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV, NOW TV box, DVD player along with ample dvd discs.
- **Games Room:** Kid's multi game table is provided in a small games room at the front of the property along with an Xbox and games, books and board games too.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas central heating is included and provided throughout the property.
- **Bedrooms:** 1 room with 2 doubles and 2 singles (en suite), 2 rooms with 2 doubles (1 en suite), 1 double + 2 singles, 1 double.
- **Linen:** All bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own recognisable hot tub towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Downstairs bathroom - bath, shower, toilet, basin.
2 en suites both with shower, toilet, basin.
Upstairs bathroom - shower, toilet, basin.
- **Children's Facilities:** Small games room, board games, dvds, Xbox, Xbox games, kids TV channels, large garden.
- **Outdoor:** Large lawned garden, hot tub under gazebo with outdoor seating. A small beck runs through the property.
- **Parking:** Secure parking for up to 10 cars behind gates, CCTV monitors in outside areas for security.
- **Smoking:** We are a non smoking/vaping property and site but we may allow a very small number - please ask.
