The Woolpack Farm offers really comfy accommodation in Byre lodges and pods for active groups to make the most of the wonderful outdoors, as well as multi generation family gatherings and friends getting together for a reunion. We welcome dogs too. The Byres were originally a farm but has been converted into beautiful studio style glamping lodges. Two have superior built in bunk beds and two have a double bed and a set of single bunk beds. The 4 mega pods for are cosy glamping units, lovely for couples as a romantic break away from it all, or for families who want to ditch the tent for a cosier home from home experience but with the outdoors right outside the door. The efficient use of space and open plan living makes for a truly comfortable stay and includes a private shower room and a small kitchenette, with French doors to outside overlooking the remote countryside. The units are close to each other but with plenty of room in between for those wanting privacy. Each has a firepit for toasting marshmallows on the firepit after dark. There are 3 pubs within walking distance and the Woolpack Inn is right next door. Perfect. Woolpack Farm is a fantastic base for exploring the area with walks from the door for all levels, including a stroll along the River Esk or a harder climb up to Scafell Pike. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Narrow Gauge Railway is a delightful and more relaxing way to see the Eskdale Valley in a 40 minute ride, and is very close to the accommodation. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Dogs are allowed for a cost of £3.50 per night. - **WiFi:** WiFi is available throughout. - **Kitchen:** Each unit has small fridge, microwave, kettle, mugs, glasses plates & basic cutlery.
