Winner of multiple architecture awards, it was built on the principle of universal design meaning everyone, including those with disabilities, are catered for and have access to the gardens and surrounding areas. The Community Space seats 24 and provides a lovely setting for group meals or get-togethers. It has its own kitchen and we can put you in touch with caterers if you want to leave the work to someone else. Lookout, a 3 bedroom property, benefits from a hoist between the twin room and wet room. The layout of the cottage like the others includes wide corridors and kitchens with rise and fall counter tops. The 4 person cottages are ideal for families, a mix of doubles and twins with bathrooms or walk in showers. Ladymeade, the smallest cottage, may provide a welcome bolthole for grandparents or any group members looking for a bit of privacy. The interior spaces have a contemporary, uncluttered feel and are beautifully furnished. From the courtyard there is an accessible route through a Site of Nature Conservation Interest down to the chalk stream, the home to otters, kingfishers and much more, the perfect setting for a relaxed picnic while enjoying the wildlife and landscape.  Dorset has many impressive beaches on the Jurassic Coast, with a wealth of interesting towns and villages including gems Lyme Regis and West Bay.
