York Riverside Apartments consists of 11 apartments of varying sizes, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 people through to a large 4 bedroom apartment that can sleep 15 people (when using additional sofa beds and day beds).

Located in the heart of the historic city of York, these apartments are perfect for families or groups of friends for a city weekend break or longer holiday. A great base for accessing all this wonderful city can offer - restaurants and bars, great shopping and a great number of other attractions and cultural delights. And the whole group stays within the same building of apartments, giving private space but convenience for meeting to head into the city together.

Apartment 1 - 2 bedrooms + sofa bed, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 6

Apartment 2 - 2 bedrooms + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6

Apartment 3 - 1 bedroom + sofa bed, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 4

Apartment 4 - 2 bedroom + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6

Apartment 5 - 4 bedrooms + 2 sofa beds + 3 day beds, 2 bathrooms, bar, 75 inch TV, dressing area, sleeps up to 15

Apartment 6 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6

Apartment 7 - 1 bedroom + sofa bed, 1 bathroom, sleeps up to 4

Apartment 8 - 2 bedrooms plus sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6

Apartment 10 - penthouse, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors, sleeps up to 4

Some of the apartments benefit from extra bathrooms, having smart TVs in every room, and large socialising spaces. Every apartment has a fully stocked self catering kitchen, and apartment 5 even has a bar. Our luxury penthouse has the added bonuses of having a fire and bi-fold doors leading out onto a sun trap balcony that is kitted out with loungers and outdoor furniture, and offers great views over York and the river. For families, cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Free WiFi in every apartment.
- **Accessibility:** Some apartments can be accessed via the lift but there are no specialist disabled facilities in the bathrooms.
- **Dog Friendly:** We can only accept enabling pets such as guide dogs.
- **Kitchen:** Stocked self-catering kitchens in each apartment with items including fridge/freezer, cutlery, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave.
- **Dining Room:** Dining table in each apartment, varying in size depending on how many the apartment sleeps.
- **Sitting Room:** Sofas and smart TV in every lounge, some lounges have sofa beds.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs are located in every lounge and in some bedrooms.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All properties have central heating and apartment 11 has a fire.
- **Bedrooms:** Apartment beds consist of a mixture of king size beds, zip and link king size beds, and double beds. Some also have sofa beds for additional guests.
- **Linen:** All bedding and towels are provided free of charge.
- **Bathrooms:** Some apartments have shower rooms, and some have baths.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.
- **Outdoor:** No outdoor spaces apart from 1 penthouse apartment which has a sun terrace with loungers.
- **Parking:** There is no parking at the apartments but we can provide discount vouchers for a nearby car park.
- **Smoking:** No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building or on the balcony. Anyone found to be smoking will be charged.

## Booking Information

- Prices vary depending on size of apartment. A damage deposit will be requested within the week prior to your stay, this pending transaction is held in case of damages. On changeover days we may be unable to allow early check-in.
