TV and Music Facilities

40" HD flat wide-screen with full Sky HD+ package, inc Sky Sports (26" flat-screen also in Kitchen). Sound system with iPod/Mp3 plug-in, CD and DAB.

Games Room

Yes a selection of board games in the study. Unlimited Hard tennis court and croquet lawn.

Heating and Open Fires

New biomass wood chip pellet central heating systems and 5 fire places. We are unable to have any naked flames, including candles, within the house.

Bedrooms

5 Bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 double or twin and 1 twin) including master en-suite. Option of 2 excellent quality folding single beds.

Linen

Bed linen included, with two towels per guest. We are unable to provide towels for swimming.

Bathrooms

3 Individually styled bathrooms with showers and baths (master bath only). Master is en suite.

Children's Facilities

Too many to list, please enquire for further on site and local information.

Outdoor

Set in fully maintained grounds with a large lake and magical Victorian grounds. Tennis hard court, croquet.

Swimming Pool

40 foot indoor heated pool and changing area, located at the end of the owners wing. Available 9am to 5pm

Free on site parking for up to 15 cars.

Not inside the house, covered porch.
