This is a great group of holiday properties near Worcester, a fantastic base for exploring Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the Malvern Hills. It's also just a short drive away from the Three Counties Showground where exciting events are held throughout the year. The 17th century barn is a traditional house, full of original oak beams and vaulted ceilings yet with all mod cons for comfort and beautiful countryside views. Open plan living areas make this a sociable option for a family or 2 couples. The Cabin is a log cabin offering a wood panelled Scandi experience inside, and hidden away next to the orchard for peace and tranquility. Since all of the rooms are on one level, this might be suitable for less mobile guests. The Hideaway is the perfect bolthole for 2, a romantic getaway that puts a capital G into glamping with a log stove and underfloor heating, set within private woodland for getting away from it all. In the summer months, a bell tent is also available for hire, offering open plan living in a peaceful clean air setting.
Bedrooms are spacious and individual with attractive decor and soft furnishings. Facilities are plentiful with shared bathroom and an en suite in The Hideaway. The bell tent is fully self contained with an electric shower and sani-flow loo as well as an outside flushing porta-potti in a tent.
The children will happily spend the day in the pool, or in the children's play area while the adults sit back in the hot tub bubbles. The Cowshed is a games barn for all of the family, filled with games including table tennis and bar billiards but also with a new cosy seating area next to a wood stove and Smart TV.
Staying at Hoppickers Rural Retreats is a fantastic experience in itself, and there is really no need to leave for the duration of your stay, but if you wish to venture out there's plenty of great places to choose from. Keen walkers can find trails from the door including the pretty woodland walk near the hide. A 2 hour walk from the site will take you directly into Malvern for a wander around this country town or a day at the showground.
