This ground floor open plan house is great for groups who want to get together for a special occasion or just to catch up. Enjoy a lovely meal prepared in a contemporary fully equipped kitchen whatever the weather or, when the sun is out, the terrace is a great spot to sit back with a coffee or a glass of fizz and look out at the stunning Chew Valley Lake below. The large decked area fitted with a gas barbecue and external marble bar makes outdoor eating convenient for warmer evenings and there is plenty of seating for everyone, as well as a 6 seater hot tub to relax in.
The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas for all and a large wide screen TV, ideal for watching a film together or an important sporting event. The full Sky package and Netflix is an added touch with something for everyone in the clan. Another TV on the terrace is an added bonus.
The well designed bedrooms provide a handy mix of zip and link beds so that sleeping arrangements for a multi generational group are easy to organise. Two large well kitted out shower rooms, one en suite, accommodate everyone in the party, including those with mobility issues. And there's a luxury sofa bed for 2 additional guests if required.
For larger gatherings, it is possible to hire Kingsley Lake View and neighbouring Kingsley Paddocks together for up to 26 people. This works well for girl groups or even corporate bookings.
