A hot tub can be hired in for stays of 2 days or more. All four cottages are powered via ground or air heat source pumps and solar panels for underfloor heating, creating warm, sociable and cosy contemporary open plan living areas.
Bedrooms offer superkings, kings, doubles. Many beds can be split to make twins for flexibility. Two master bedrooms in the larger cottage have en suites and dressing rooms. Gravel Farm is less than a 15-minute drive from the cathedral city of Ely and 30 minutes from Cambridge, both fascinating with plenty of historic attractions to discover. Its location alongside the Great River Ouse provides opportunities for walking, canoeing, fishing and birdwatching without having to reach for the car keys. Stretham is a short distance away with the chance to have a look at Stretham Old Engine, a steam pump that was used to drain water from the Fens and Wicken Fen, the oldest nature reserve in the UK which is just a stone's throw away.
