10 miles from Cheltenham and 50 miles from Oxford, The Moretons is ideal for a Cotswold holiday. Bredon Hill is just a short walk away and the many attractions of the Cotswolds and the heart of England are on the doorstep.

Both our fully tiled pools measure 6m x 12m and normal water temperatures are 30-31.5°C. Pool two has a constant depth of 1.4m. Facilities include two jacuzzis, tiled changing rooms (each with shower and WC) and a garden room. There is an additional charge per cottage per hour, which gives your party exclusive use of a pool and its facilities.

The gardens are extensive and away from the road. There is plenty of room for children to play in safety and without disturbing other guests. In season pick apples, pears, cherries and plums from our orchard. Younger (and older) guests can visit our heated playhouse with resident teddy bear; the two storey house is fully furnished with play kitchen, gallery bedroom and secret door. Outside enjoy the trampoline, swings, climbing frame and slide, or, in season, play a game of badminton, mini golf, table tennis or croquet on the lawn.

Prices include gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. All houses are non-smoking and we do not accept pets. We offer flexible arrival and departure days and low and mid-season short breaks.

There are three pubs with restaurants within walking distance. Bredon village is on the river Avon and has a post office, beauty salon and bakery. The nearest town is Tewkesbury, where there are supermarkets and many small shops and cafes. Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Spa and the Malvern Hills are just a short drive away. Farther afield, visit Bath Spa, Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham and Wales.

Dining Room

Dining areas seat from 2-12, depending on the house. On special arrangement the dining room in The Moretons Farmhouse can seat 24.

All houses have Freeview TV, DVD player and free WiFi and wired broadband.

Freeview TV and DVD players in each house.

All houses have full gas central heating.

Swimming Pool

2 heated indoor swimming pools with changing rooms and jacuzzis. The pools are hired by the hour for your private use. Additional charge.

Parking

Parking is available outside each house and we also have a guest car park.

Smoking

All houses are non-smoking.

On the edge of the village of Bredon in the Cotswolds, 4 miles from M5, junction 9.

The nearest town is Tewkesbury (4 miles), where there are supermarkets and many smaller shops, cafés and restaurants.
There is a general store with post office in both Bredon and Kemerton villages (easily walkable from The Moretons).
There are three pubs with restaurants within walking distance.
