Salford Student Village is spread across two locations and comprises John Lester & Eddie Colman and Peel Park Quarter. The Village has accommodation to suit a range of needs, tastes and budgets, and is a great base for exploring the many attractions, cultural and social, of Salford and nearby Manchester.

At Peel Park Quarter, we offer a range of self-contained flats. The bedrooms are all en-suite with small double beds, with access to a fully fitted kitchen with dining table and sofas. The flats house between 4 and 10 people each.

Peel Park Quarter offers access to conference, recreation and academic facilities at the University of Salford, Media City UK and Manchester.

Communal areas include TV/lounge areas, games room, library, laundry facilities and a gym, cinema rooms and much more.

Peel Park Quarter is situated in the heart of the City of Salford, with easy access to great heritage landmarks such as Ordsall Hall and the award-winning theatre and art gallery complex, The Lowry Centre. The regeneration of Salford Quays and the development of Media City UK is creating a modern, urban location for people to work and live. The world famous Old Trafford stadium, home of Manchester United football club, is just a 10 minute bus ride away.

Salford is very close to Manchester, a vibrant city which offers some of the best shopping, dining and leisure in the country. The Trafford Centre houses over 230 shops, a cinema, bowling, Laser Quest and, for the more daring, a high ropes adventure course and the UK’s largest indoor ski slope, the Chill Factore.
