The house and large gardens offer the perfect self-catering holiday accommodation for large groups as it has plenty of space for everybody to socialise and dine or party together but also enough space to have quiet room to yourself. The house combines old fashioned beams and open fires with modern decoration in the bedrooms.

Two main sitting rooms, one with an open fire, and a small bar link together to form a large socialising area. There are also large comfortable sofas around an open fire in the dining room.

For that special celebration dinner or party there is a dining table that can seat all guests comfortably. The large dining room is also ideal for hosting events for up to 60 guests.

The main house sleeps 14 in seven en suite bedrooms. There is also an annex with 8 single beds suitable for a family or group of friends who can share a bathroom. Many of the rooms have sea views with fabulous sunsets.

The Coast path passes right in front of the house and the cycle track is just down the road. The village beach and historic church is a 5 minutes walk!

The house is an ideal base to explore all this exciting area of North of Wales has to offer. Snowdon is 20 minutes drive away, Abersoch a 20 minute drive and the World Heritage site of Caernarfon Castle 10 minutes.
