A family run business set in the North Norfolk countryside and only 8 miles from the coast, Piggyback Barns is a wonderful holiday destination offering sumptuous comfort.

Built 180 years ago these red brick barns have been sympathetically converted into three superb self catering holiday homes which have been rated at Gold Award 4 Stars.

You can hire our beautiful function hall which boasts its own catering kitchen and games facilities. We also have an in house cook - please do contact us for details.

We cater for family gatherings, group holidays, wedding parties and other special events.

All three well equipped barns are of a high standard to help you relax and enjoy your break. Linen, towels and heating are provided along with a highchair, travel cot, free view flat screen television, washer/dryer, dishwater, barbecue and not forgetting the welcome pack.

Disabled Facilities

All three barns have two bedrooms downstairs which are wheelchair friendly.

Dog Friendly

2 well behaved and house trained dogs are welcome per barn(£20/dog). At no time are the dogs allowed in the bedrooms or to be left behind unattended!

Kitchen

The kitchens we believe have everything you will need including duel fuel cooker, an American style fridge freezer(with ice) and sharp knives!

Dining Room

Each barn can seat up to twelve people around each dining table.

Sitting Room

Comfortable sofas including 1 sofa bed, coffee table and pouffe.

TV and Music Facilities

37" Freeview Flat screen television with home cinema system, including CD and DVD player. Board Games.

Games Room

Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Football, Table Tennis & Mini Gym.

Heating and Open Fires

All Barns are centrally heated with individual thermostats in each room. A wood burner is situated in all the living room areas.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have their own TVs and are en-suite, with either a shower or bath + shower, also plenty of room.

Linen

All linen provided except for the travel cots.

Bathrooms

Bath towels & one hand towel are supplied per person.

Children's Facilities

Some indoor games in living room and a play house outside.

Outdoor

Fishing is allowed in the moat with permission of owner.

Swimming Pool

No pool on site, but there is a 'Splash' in Hunstanton & Sheringham & and we are only 8 miles to the Coast.

Parking

Parking for at least five cars per barn.

Smoking

No Smoking allowed anywhere inside the barns.
