St Mary's House is a privately owned, large and very comfortable Grade II listed Georgian town house in the historic town centre of Tenby, a stone's throw from the beautiful beaches. Local shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. This holiday house in Tenby can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 12 people in 6 en suite bedrooms.
Although so close to the centre of a busy town, St Mary's Street is lovely and quiet. You can walk to the end of our road and enjoy the stunning view towards Caldey Island and St Catherine's Fort. The Paragon is the nearest beach (down some steps at the end of the road) and North Beach, Harbour Beach, Castle Beach and South Beach are only a bit further.
The living accommodation is spacious and comfortable and consists of two large living rooms, both of which have good sized flat screen Smart TVs. The ground floor living room has a wood/coal burning stove for use in colder months, and is open plan and adjoins the large and well equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a larder with lots of storage and the brand new range cooker has a gas hob and two ovens.
The second living room is on the first floor with a stunning bay window, comfortable seating and a large book case with toys, puzzles and games.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities and a small enclosed patio/courtyard where you can hang wet suits and rinse off your sandy feet.
The bedrooms are spread over three floors. There's a king sized double room with walk in shower on the first floor next to the living room. On the 2nd floor there's another king sized double room with bath and shower and a twin bedded room with walk in shower.
On the top floor there are 3 further bedrooms - one king size, one twin bedded room and one room with a standard double plus a single bed. Each of these has its own bathroom.
Once you arrive at St Mary's House you have no need of a car - everything is within easy walking distance. You can easily unload outside the house before dropping your car at the Seafront Car Park for the rest of the week.
