Our townhouse boasts arguably the best city in the centre located directly opposite the Royal Pavilion, and minutes away from Brighton's best attractions including the Palace Pier, beach, Laines and North Laine, and plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops. You couldn't be in a better spot to experience everything Brighton has to offer.

The house is ideal for particularly large groups and can sleep up to 32 guests all in single beds. It's the perfect choice for large family gatherings, beach getaways with all of your friends, a comfortable base for your corporate retreat, and ideal for larger hen and stag groups.

With 32 beds spread across 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the Pavilion Gatehouse has plenty of space to accommodate your guests. There's also an enormous dining table on the ground floor to seat all your guests.
