The New England Beach House is available for weekend, mid-week and week-long stays: we are a minimum of 2 nights in low season, 3 nights mid-season and 7 nights peak season. The New England Beach House is a rare and unusual luxury holiday house. It is situated right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views and our own private walled beach garden. Sleeping up to 14 (including children - maximum of 12 adults) in six stylish bedrooms it is ideal for family beach holidays yet is only a few hours from central London; perfect for holidays and stays where some of the guests may wish to travel to London on occasion as there are hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or London Bridge. The New England Beach House is elderly and pet friendly, with two ground floor en-suite bedrooms, and a separate annex.
