This Carmarthenshire delight of a property ticks every box imaginable. Traditional converted farm buildings have created the perfect destination to gather 32 loved ones for a blissful break in complete and unadulterated luxury.

The Wales Coastal Path passes by the farm and many of the large picture windows offer elevated views of the stunning countryside and Carmarthen Bay. The busy county town of Carmarthen is a 20 minute drive away with a wide range of eateries and cafes as well as a castle and museum. Proximity to stunning beaches means that The Courtyard Wales is at the centre of an area thriving on coastal adventure breaks. Further afield, Laugharne is worth a look to explore the village used by Dylan Thomas as his inspiration for Under Milkwood. And there are so many walks from the door of Y Scubor, that guests will be spoilt for choice.

There cannot be enough superlatives in describing this property. The communal central area is perfect for everyone to gather and relax in one of the two large hot tubs after a dip in the indoor pool. The sun terrace is a great spot to sit and savour a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of fizz and take in the pretty rural or seascape backdrop. Extensive mature gardens offer plenty of space for the children to run around.

Inside doesn't disappoint either. The enormous beautifully designed open plan living space creates a lovely ambience for a large group of friends, family or colleagues to socialise, cook and eat together. The very well equipped kitchen is ideal for meal preparation to be shared at one of the 2 large dining tables. Ask the owner about hiring in a chef to cook a special celebration feast or enjoy some al fresco dining with a barbecue on the patio. Lounge areas are plentiful upstairs and down, along with a state of the art playroom and quirky spy hole across to the mezzanine and below.

The sleeping accommodation is also stunning. The nautical decor theme runs through many of the bedrooms and the mix of kings, twins and family rooms provide flexibility and choice, with top notch en suite facilities too.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** Freeview TV in downstairs lounge and play room. Family bedrooms also have a TV. There is a blue tooth speaker and karaoke machine at the property.
- **Games Room:** There is a games room inside the property with a pool table, dart board and arcade machine games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating throughout and log burners in communal spaces. Air conditioning in all upstairs rooms.

- A 35% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance 42 days before arrival. £1000 refundable security deposit is asked for. Changeover day is Friday for weekend and week long breaks. Mid week Monday to Friday.
