East Coast Adventure, Northern Ireland, has been the location of choice for a range of youth, school, corporate, hen/stag, walking and mountain bike groups since 1992. Also a fabulous venue for a large family get together, and smaller groups are also very welcome.

East Coast Adventure is located on the Lower Knockbarragh Road, Rostrevor, Northern Ireland. Set in the beautiful Knockbarragh Valley overlooking Rostrevor Village with wonderful views down the valley to Carlingford Lough, this is the perfect location for a fun packed or relaxing stay. Groups are welcomed throughout the year with the added bonus of outdoor activities bookable as part of your stay.

The Lodge offers comfortable accommodation with a range of family and double rooms, all of them en suite. We are delighted to offer disability wheelchair access and toilet/showering facilities on the ground floor. There's ground floor social space, and lunch and dinner can be provided on request.

If you are a group looking to visit the Mourne Mountains or Mourne coastal area you'll find plenty to do, including hiking, walking, outdoor activities, mountain biking and much more. We're always delighted to help our visitors explore and give you suggestions of what to do and where to go.

The Centre itself can offer a wide range of activities including canoeing, pier jumping, banana boating, yachting, kayaking, wet river bouldering, archery, mega river gorge zip lining, mini zip line, team games, team challenges and 35FT climbing tower. Please pre-book activities.

Rostrevor is believed by many to be the top spot for mountain biking in Ireland, described as “among the world’s best”. Bike hire is available locally.

On site there is also East Coast Glamping. There is a total of 6 glamping pods, a larger shared communal pod, an outside shared catering hut, shared shower/toilet pod with free on site parking. Pods 1-4, the communal pod and showers/toilets are located on the first level with pods 5 & 6 located on the upper level. (Please note: Glampsite is not wheelchair accessible).
