The Main Farm House Studio - sleeps 2 in 1 twin in a self-contained downstairs studio, with shower and WC, and a small kitchenette - accessed via a separate entrance from the main house.

There are plenty of opportunities for walking around Glan Clwyd Isa, which is in a central location for completing two of the sections of the Offa’s Dyke trail.

Likewise, for a gorgeous summer retreat, you will have full access to the majority of Glan Clwyd Isa where we operate a 'free to roam' policy - in the gardens and fields, and around the lake and ponds. Glan Clwyd Isa also offers multiple patio areas and lawns for playing sports and games, multiple BBQs, outdoor fire pits, an outdoor heated swimming pool and lovely garden furniture.

These cottages are perfect as a base from which to explore North Wales, whether visiting bustling market towns, taking part in high-adrenaline adventure sports or simply enjoying the scenery and hill walking.

Well-equipped kitchens in each property with gas/electric cookers and hobs, fridges/freezers, dishwasher, washing machines, all have granite worktops.

Dining Room

The Coach House can be configured on request to seat 20, perfect for large group celebration dinners. Outdoor teak dining tables outside all cottages.

Sitting Room

Each cottage's living room has ample seating and can seat the number of guests staying in the respective property.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart TVs with access to Netflix and Disney+, are available in all properties. Google smart speakers in all cottages also.

Heating and Open Fires

Log burners in all cottages, firewood and kindling will be provided on your arrival. Also available to use is the outdoor fire pit next to the lake.

Bedrooms

Mix of superkings, kings, doubles and twins.

Linen

Towels and bed linen provided. Towels are to be used inside the cottages only. Please bring your own towels for the hot tub and swimming pool use.

Bathrooms

The Big Barn: 4 bath/shower rooms. Cae Caled, Llyn Clwyd, The Coach House & The Studio: 1 bathroom in each property.
