The Great Barn and The Loft specialises in accommodation for large gatherings for friends and families, sporting groups, retreats, corporate training and celebrations such as weddings - they are in a very special place for a holiday or weekend in South Devon. The location gives many opportunities to explore and enjoy both the coast of South Devon and rugged Dartmoor.
Totally refurbished for 2020 with new kitchens, en suite bathrooms, furniture, linen and beds used by 5 star hotels. Set on 2 levels with separate external entrances, the upper ground level has a large fully fitted kitchen and a spacious open plan lounge dining room with moorland views and 5 bedrooms. The lower ground level comprises a lounge kitchen area, separate dining room and 5 bedrooms. The Loft can add 2 twin rooms and a superking zip and link with 3 bathrooms.
The Den, opposite the Barn entrance, has a full sized table tennis table and comfy seating area. Suitable for yoga and breakout sessions. There is a guest lawn and BBQ area.
South Devon still surprises us with its stunning scenery - coast, countryside or moorland. Also the diversity of sporting opportunities - surfing at Bantham, cycling on one of the 5 off-road trails, walking the South West Coastal Path or experiencing the solitude of Dartmoor, kayaking on the Dart. Explore South Devon's history by visiting the many National Trust and English Heritage sites.
