Enjoy the tranquillity and breath-taking views, with star gazing potential, of southern rural Herefordshire from Trevase Granary, a 5 star gold and Visit England award-winning property. This beautifully converted large 18th-century barn is perfect for reunions, special occasions, luxury hen parties and as a corporate meeting venue.

This characterful property comprises 8 stylish en suite rooms which sleeps 16 guests plus two additional guests on day beds. Enjoy plenty of space with various facilities including state-of-the-art Cinema Room with tiered seating, surround sound and access to Netflix, Sky, Sky Cinema and Sky Sports. Separate lounge with Smart TV, a bespoke kitchen and a large dining area able to seat 20 set beneath exposed oak timbers and wrought iron chandeliers. In addition to the luxury indoors, there is a stunning walled garden within which is a large games room with a pool table, table football, ping pong and Xbox360, and indoor and outdoor seating and tables. On one side of the games room is a 6 seater hydrotherapy hot tub with glass doors that can fully open to appreciate the picturesque countryside. We have also recently installed a fully equipped bar which includes a wine cooler, beer fridge, glasses, cocktail accessories/recipes and ice bucket. The large gas barbecue (May to October inclusive) on the patio is the perfect place to cook a meal and the pizza oven can be used all year round.

We cater for less able guests with downstairs bedrooms, wet room and aids if needed. We also have made provisions for those hard of hearing or sight impairment. Trevase Granary is M1,M2,H1,H2 and V1 accessibility rated. Children are also welcome: games and equipment are provided for a wide range of ages.

The car park has ample space for everyone in your group and there are three fast charging points for your electric vehicles - 2 are Tesla and 1 is universal. The electricity and heat in the Granary is produced on the farm by our Anaerobic Digester.

Easily accessible from the motorway network, yet in a quiet rural location, all of our guests are sure to be delighted, whether relaxing on site or venturing into the glorious countryside on the doorstep.

- **Dining Room:** Large dining room table which will seat up to 20 guests with beautiful character beams and wrought iron chandeliers, giving the room character.
- **Sitting Room:** Comfortable Lounge with leather sofas and TV. Separate Cinema Room with tiered seating, surround sound, Netflix, Sky (Cinema and Sports).
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The lounge has a Smart TV and each bedroom has a TV. Cinema Room with Netflix and Sky. Music facilities in the dining room and games room.
- **Games Room:** Complete with indoor hot tub, pool tables and table tennis, xbox 360, WiFi, kitchenette, changing room.Everything needed for the BBQ and Pizza Oven.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating.
- **Bedrooms:** Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom with complimentary luxury care products. The rooms have hairdryer, tea and coffee trays, radio clock and TV.
- **Linen:** The bed are all ready made with Egyptian cotton sheets and each guest has two bath towels.
- **Bathrooms:** There is a mix of power showers, wet rooms and roll top baths in every bedroom.
- **Children's Facilities:** Plenty of books and games are available in the lounge. In the games room there are balls, bats and various outdoor games including giant Jenga.
- **Outdoor:** The Games Room has an extensive patio and secure walled garden. Badminton, Cricket, Football, Rugby ball, giant Jenga, tennis racquets provided.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but there is a Jacuzzi hot tub (Indoor).
- **Parking:** Plenty of car parking on tarmac park adjacent to the Granary, with fast charge electric car charge points.
- **Smoking:** Not in the buildings - facilities outside.
