The Angmering on Sea Beach House is a 5,500sqft luxurious beachfront mansion ideal for entertaining family weekends and holidays. Beach dog friendly all year round.

Outside: With its own seafront dining, separate sheltered dining area, gas barbecue, sun bathing deck, 1st floor balcony and an all year round 38 degree 7 seater hot tub you cannot wish for more.

There is not just plentiful car parking on the gated drive – equipped with video entry-phone system and electronic gates - but there is plenty of space for parking your jet ski, dinghy or windsurfer with direct beach access. Full external CCTV security and electronic gate access for your peace of mind.

Inside: This property also boasts a 50x50ft L shaped split level open plan living, dining and kitchen area all with their own spectacular sea views.

It comfortably sleeps up to 20 including children in seven bedrooms including a double bunk room, of which 3 bedrooms are ground floor, five of which have bath or shower en suites with sea views. There are two further shower rooms. Three of the bedrooms can be configured as twins. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with 1,000 pocket spring mattresses, White Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath sheets and hand towels, luxury bedspreads and cushions and they all are equipped with iPod docks, flat screen televisions and DVD players.

The drawing room and sitting room areas are furnished with wide, comfortable sofas, a large wood burning fire and equipped with two 55" HD Sony televisions, Sky TV, Pool Table, iPod docks, Wi-Fi, XBox, Wii and an extensive collection of traditional games.

Fully equipped hand made kitchen with granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances: Fisher Paykel 1200 range cooker with 6 burners and a double oven, built-in Britannia extractor, separate Bosch electric hob and Hotpoint oven, 2 Miele washing machines and dishwashers and a tumble dryer, Aeg freestanding fridge and freezer. Fully stocked with white crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, Le Creuset cookware, champagne and wine glasses and tumbler

Regrettably we are unable to accept hens, stags and single sex groups.
