Holiday Rental for Groups of Families and Friends. The Rings, Cupar, St Andrews, Fife, Scotland, sleeps 2 - 16 in 8 bedrooms.

Our cottage can split into smaller self contained apartments, it is two houses with studio apartments also.
Our cottage is perfect for families/groups of up to 16 people.

We can offer:-
8 bedrooms for 16 guests, all with en suite wet-rooms, three also have baths.
Two of the bedrooms are studio apartments and can be self contained.
When you book the whole unit you will have a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. If available a minimum of 4 bedrooms will give you both large lounges.

If you require less accommodation please speak with the owner.

This cottage is bespoke and has been designed to allow all members of your group or family to holiday together in peace and comfort regardless of age or physical needs. We want you to build happy memories into your holiday of quality time spent together at The Rings. We are pleased to offer a central location with the flexibility of self-catering accessible accommodation.

We have an external utility room for the use of guests and a selection of DVDs, games, books and some toys for the younger members. At certain times of the year there are activities on the farm such as lambing and we welcome showing folk round and even the possibility of feeding a pet lamb. We can recommend local restaurants and caterers if needed.

Our peaceful rural location 4 miles from Cupar, one of the oldest market towns in Fife, is a perfect start point to explore and discover towns and cities such as St Andrews, Dundee and Edinburgh. Cupar has excellent transport links to each of these if you'd prefer to travel by bus or train. Perthshire and the Angus glens are all within easy reach by car or bus for day trips.

Fife is a popular tourist area with many and varied attractions including: history, art, food, nature and more. However our guests have remarked on the peaceful relaxing atmosphere at the Rings so you might prefer to relax in our modern and comfortable cottage. We're confident you'll enjoy the ever changing rural picture through our full height, double aspect windows and French doors.

Dog Friendly

Assistance dogs are welcome and other pets by arrangement and for an additional charge to cover cleaning. We have a "paw wash" beside our laundry.

Kitchen

The two kitchen areas give 4 ring hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, sinks and 1 of the kitchens is accessible. Large pots prov.

Dining Room

When one large group we can arrange the furniture to have one large dining table or separate tables for up to 16.

Sitting Room

There is one large open plan area with soft seating, if any of the party need more privacy they could stay in either studio rooms for flexibility.

TV and Music Facilities

All lounges and bedrooms have combi TV-DVDs with freeview channels.

Games Room

There is no games room.

Heating and Open Fires

Air source heat pump and underfloor heating makes a very comfortable environment and no radiators to bump into. It is a hybrid boiler with LPG backup.

Bedrooms

8 bedrooms all en-suite, 6 twin or can be joined to make super-king. Two are twin with one electrically adjustable bed, a profile bed is available.

Linen

All linen and towels included. Bath sheet, hand towel and facecloth for each guest. If mid-week change requested extra charge will apply.

Bathrooms

All wet rooms and are accessible, 3 also have baths, one of which is a Gainsburgh-Kent and has a spa feature. Grab rails can be positioned on request.

Children's Facilities

Travelcot x 1, high chair, baby monitor, some bedrooms are adjoining. 6 bedrooms have dimmer lights. We have a selection of toys and games and DVDs.

Outdoor

Area for games or to relax outdoors. gas BBQ available for hire.

Swimming Pool

There is no swimming pool.

Parking

There are 8+ parking spaces within the grounds of the cottage, two of which are directly outside the house for easy access.

Smoking

This is non smoking accommodation.

Change over days are Friday & Monday however we are happy to be flexible so please ask. The prices are based on 16 but our accommodation is very flexible. We will securely retain card details in case of damages. Please ask the owner if you have any queries.

Edinburgh Airport 55min, Glasgow Airport 1.5hrs, St Andrews 20 min. Located on quiet country road, Q66, 4 miles from Cupar. Only 2hrs from many areas in Scotland. Own transport recommended.

Craigrothie, 1 mile, buses to Cupar has good links with other areas. We also have the "Flexi bus" service, like a taxi(phone and book) at bus prices.
Cupar railway station but Leuchars Railway station is only 11 miles and is a stop for express trains from London.
Cupar is 4 miles away, the village of Ceres less than 3 miles. Both have excellent places to eat, Ceres has well stocked Spar with PO and Cupar has 4 supermarkets & fuel station. St Andrews 10.5 miles
Ceres - 3 miles, but Cupar for main shops.
Craigrothie 1 mile, Ceres 2.5miles Pitlessie 3.3 miles. Michelin Star- Peat Inn is only 6.2 miles away. Fife is famous for cuisine.
Edinburgh but also Dundee.
