A wonderful venue for bringing together family for a holiday or to celebrate a special occasion, or somewhere to catch up with friends for the weekend. And your dogs (maximum 2) are welcome too.
Newly renovated, Carphin Stables offers a comfortable and contemporary feel with a blend of historic tradition. Floor to ceiling windows brings the outside in. The kitchen diner seats the whole group, and the spacious living room is a comfortable space with fantastic views. The Stables can be booked alongside our Mansion house on the estate, a total of 28 guests can be accommodated on the estate.
The private garden area provides an ideal setting for relaxation or even alfresco dining. Complete with outdoor furniture, hot tub and gas barbecue, you'll have everything you need!
An additional yoga studio provides a great extra space, taking in the woodland views or to enjoy some meditative relaxation, an ideal location for rural retreats.
There's plenty to do during your stay. Dundee and Perth are both within easy reach, and there are beaches and beautiful countryside for walks and sporting opportunities including fishing. And of course St Andrews is nearby for golf enthusiasts. Local restaurants offer quality produce too.
