Austen house is a beautiful Georgian holiday house in the Cotswolds less than 25 minutes from both Bath and Bristol. The house has been sympathetically furnished throughout and is a perfect setting for a hen party with large entertaining areas.
The kitchen/dining space has been recently refurbished to a high standard with newly fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table large enough for the whole group. The sitting room is a classic elegant Georgian room with an open fire, beautifully decorated and also large enough for your whole group to relax together. The house easily sleeps 16 in its 4 large bedrooms (when using the 4 trundle beds), all with feather duvets, crisp white bed linen and fluffy towels, and has 3 bath/shower rooms.
The house benefits from a large outside hot tub (hot tub towels provided) and there is a good sized south facing terrace with seating, a large outside dining area with BBQ all set up with ready to light bags of charcoal. There is also a pretty lawned area with deckchairs and further seating.
Austen House is in an easy location for getting together with friends and family - just minutes from the M4. In addition to the attractions of Bath and Bristol nearby, this is a great venue for a country weekend. There are plenty of pretty Cotswolds villages and towns to explore, with Cirencester offering a vibrant hub. Think country walks and local pubs offering great food. And your dog is welcome too.
