The Braeside site covers approximately 4.5 acres of landscaped gardens, play areas, a wildlife pond, a bonfire log circle and seating areas. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do on site including climbing/abseiling, low ropes, archery, and zipwire. Close by there is canoeing on the canal, and mountain biking and hiking. Equipment can be rented and activities booked prior to arrival at an extra cost.
Braeside is perfect for all sorts of large groups, be it school residential trips, Faith/community gatherings, weddings or family get togethers. We have a flexible accommodation layout which includes twin/single en suite and larger dorm rooms with shared facilities.
There is a large well equipped commercial kitchen available during your stay, plus a small kitchenette. Please ask for prices if you require catering. We welcome you to use outside caterers, cook outdoors or make use of our fantastic catering team during your stay (subject to availability).
Located within 1 hour of Bristol and Swindon, the site is easily accessible with 30 parking spaces on site. We are a 25 minute drive from Trowbridge railway station, and are directly on a bus route from Swindon and Trowbridge.
