Riviera Retreat is in the English Riviera in Devon, just a few minutes walk from the beaches, town facilities, restaurants and bars of vibrant Torquay. With 10 bedrooms (9 en suite) for 20 people in the standard price. With 2 extra sofabeds (1 person each) plus 2 fold away kids beds (extra charge for these) we can host up to 24 people. Fully refurbished in June 2021, it's the perfect place to bring a large group of friends, business trip/training, family get togethers or special occasion, hen or stag weekend. Our guests tell us this is a great party venue, with everything you need and in a fantastic location..

At Riviera Retreat, your group can enjoy all the facilities of a small hotel, including a super large lounge, big dining (or training) room for everyone, fully fitted kitchen and a games room with pool table, darts, arcade games. There is a smallish outside space with seating/tables. This large seaside house is now available to hire as a self catering holiday let for a weekend or longer.

Torquay has an especially mild climate all through the year and this area has the highest sunlight hours per day than anywhere else in England.

9 en suite bedrooms plus 1 extra double and separate bathroom. With 4 double/king, 5 twin bedded rooms and 1 four poster room, our pricing is to sleep up to 20 people as standard.

Heating is provided for winter months. Free WiFi.

Small outside garden with seating and picnic tables for quiet relaxation (no parties, music, shouting to be good neighbours in our local community).
