Group Accommodation Usk
Although only ten miles from Newport, you’ll find a very different feel to Usk. With its location right on the river that it shares its name with, this quaint little market town is usually full of flowers (it’s a regular winner of Wales in Bloom competitions) as well as having a ruined castle and a wonderful arched bridge across the river. Anglers will be able to fish for salmon and wild trout in the tumbling river and there’s a farmers’ market to pick up local produce on the first and third Saturday of every month. Walkers can hop on to the Usk Valley Walk which runs between Caerleon and Brecon.
