Assynt House dates back to the 1700's, retaining many original features and providing many luxuries. The house has seven bedrooms (four of which can be made up as twins); every bedroom is spacious and has it's own en-suite. (The owners can supply cots and low beds for young children, if required, not exceeding the maximum occupancy of 20)
The house has a large kitchen with everything you would need to cook for a group, and a lovely big dining table in the wood-lined drawing room with log fires and big sofas to relax in.
There is WiFi throughout, DAB digital radios in the bedrooms and drawing room and a TV lounge complete smart TV leather sofas, board games and under floor heating.
Housekeeping is complimentary for a up to three hours daily and the house is dressed with fresh flowers throughout.

Nestled in the peaceful Ross-shire countryside, Assynt House is superbly located only a 45 minute drive from Inverness Airport in the Scottish Highlands.
The house sits in 6 acres of garden and woodland with beautiful views of the garden, the Black Isle and the Cromarty Firth. There are a great many activities and things to do in the area, lots of great walks, castles and historic sites to visit, fishing and golf is excellent in the area as well as boat trips to spot dolphins and other wildlife. There are quaint villages to visit and lovely independent shops to visit. The house is a great base to explore all that the Highlands has to offer.
