The kitchen lounge diner is a lovely sociable space for preparing meals, eating together and relaxing, making a plan for the next day's adventures. The Black Isle is a walking and cycling paradise, with a trip to Red Rock for some mountain biking a possibility. Take a fishing and dolphin trip from Cromarty and Avoch to explore wonderful marine wildlife, or enjoy some dolphin watching from the shore at Chanonry Point, a short drive away. Museums in Cromarty and Rosemarkie are interesting attractions for a good day out learning about the history of this area and discovering pretty little winding streets with gorgeous fishing cottages and beautiful floral displays. Inverness is a city of 2 parts: the old town, with a cathedral and Victorian market, and the new with an exciting art gallery vibe. It's a must see.
