Traditional barn conversion terraced cottages, each with their own enclosed garden but also having the benefit of a shared garden area. The cottages are available all year round.
These cottages enjoy a fantastic position close to Salcombe and many other South Devon sandy beaches and other attractions. Ideal for families away together, or extended family groups, the cottages offer privacy but with shared areas where the group can come together. The cottages have been tastefully converted and are furnished in traditional country cottage style.
Buttercup Cottage has a stable door leading into an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, from here the staircase leads upstairs to a bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom.
The front door of Clover Cottage opens into a spacious hallway which leads into the bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. The stairs open out into the spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
The front door of Daisy Cottage opens into a spacious hallway, leading into a twin bedroom, double bedroom, shower room and bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
A welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and wine is provided.
Pets are welcome and stay free of charge. A dog welcome pack is provided. Each cottage has a stairgate at the bottom of each staircase. Other stair-gates can be provided. There is a dog wash area on hard standing which is useful after beach days! Inside each enclosed garden is a further enclosed area for easy toileting.
There are several countryside and coastal walks straight from the cottage doors, including the South West Coastal Path. The coastline has many beaches and coves in both directions, many of which are dog friendly.
The cottages benefit from being owner-managed and the owners live close by should a problem occur.
