Pupils sleep in warm purpose-built dormitory-style accommodation, with gender-separated bathroom and shower facilities. Sheets, duvets and pillows are provided for all guests and teacher rooms are close by.
Grosvenor Hall is a unique combination of historical buildings, modern purpose-built facilities and the state of the art activity park that make this centre a hidden gem within urban Ashford, and one of the best facilities of its kind in Europe. From the moment our visitors enter the gates, they are immersed in the high-adrenaline excitement of the centre as they pass the £1m adventure park. As they explore the centre our guests continue to discover everything Grosvenor Hall has to offer; including an indoor heated swimming pool and a 25,000 sq ft sports hall which caters for a wide range of indoor activities.
Grosvenor Hall is also ideally situated for excursions to London and the UK’s top attractions and its central location combined with the diverse range of programmes available attract visitors from all over the world year after year.
Along with our extensive list of activities available, from archery, bushcraft, high ropes course to climbing, the excitement continues into the evening, with quizzes, disco and karaoke to name a few for our schools and groups which include brownies, scouts, cadets, sports clubs, organisations.
Or stay in our Adventure Lodges! The highest quality, providing a comfortable and secure base for your group throughout your stay. Our guests can enjoy the feeling of getting back to nature that camping brings, but there’s no tent to put up or take down, so all your group will need to do is get active and enjoy all the comforts of Kingswood’s normal accommodation in an exciting atmosphere.

Warm, purpose-built dormitory-style accommodation, with leader rooms nearby.


Sheets, duvets and pillows are provided for all guests.


Some rooms are en suite, and some have communal bathrooms.

Children's Facilities

We have a range of activities to suit all ages 7+.


High-adrenaline activity park which includes triple zipwire, 3G swing and sky climb.


Plenty of free parking available.

Grosvenor Hall is a complete indoor and outdoor education facility set in the grounds of a former manor house in Ashford, Kent within easy reach of London and international transport links.

  • Ashford town centre - 2 miles. Ashford lies on the River Great Stour at the south edge of the North Downs, about 61 miles south-east of central London.
  • Sainsburys, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the centre.
  • All food is provided on site.
  • Gatwick - 58.3 miles.
  • Ashford International - 2.9 miles.
  • Just down the road from Grosvenor Hall, and will take you into town.
