Madeira is a very special, calm space and we love holding weddings here. We are not a venue that does a wedding every week in a ‘Cookie Cutter’ way. We tailor what we do to what the bride and groom want. If you ask for a package we don’t have one but will price up the weekend to suit your plan. We don’t generally hire out Madeira for the day, rather wedding parties spend the whole weekend at Madeira enjoying each others company and making the most of the experience.

We can cater for any type of wedding, however its safe to say a garden wedding with the ceremony under an apple tree or next to our wedding arch covered in wild flowers is probably what we are best known for.

We can rent Madeira to you exclusively and allow you to do all the organisation, we can do all the organisation or we can agree a mix between the two options which is normally what happens.

Our stretch tent is 10.5 x 12 m and can be decked out how you want: folk can sit at tables to have a more formal meal, you can have it set up like a bar, we have a dance floor and lots of lighting to make it really pretty. We also have our Bothy area that can be used as a break out space, a place for speeches, a place to have a late night supper or for additional dancing…it has a kitchen and is often used for a meal the night before or brunch the day after.

We also have 2 Ooni Pro pizza ovens and are quite happy to cater for your family the night before the wedding, or orgainse platters if you want a more informal meal, or even get a local vendor to come to site in their van and feed the group. People often get a BBQ organised for the big day, or a hog roast or set up a picnic in the garden, but we are equally able to provide a formal meal or buffet.

Madeira In Fife was a finalist in the Scottish Wedding Awards Public Choice Awards 2022 and we came second with a Highly Commended in the ‘Going Above and Beyond’ Category . We think it’s because we listen to what you want and really like to give you a weekend to remember.
