Newbridge Town House in Bath has 5 floors with a mix of modern and Victorian finishes. The house sleeps comfortably 22 and has 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with access to Victoria Park children's play area less than a 5 minute walk.
On the ground floor the living room area seats 20 and the dining room or board room seats 18. The kitchen is well equipped boasting a range of commercial appliances and is regularly used for large group events with a further facility of 2 outstanding local caterers who have worked with the house for weekend groups of 20 plus over the last 2 years.
Having operated with huge success since February 2015 and hosted over 100 weekend parties we are expanding into the mid week event market be it corporate, retirement or a Bath festival gathering. Bath offers an amazing array of cultural and historical events all year round as well as world renowned restaurants and theatres.
Newbridge is 1.5 miles to the west of Bath city centre, a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive (the house also has parking for 8 cars). A 10 minute journey by car from the house takes you into the Cotswold countryside or the Mendip hills and world heritage sites such as the Bath Pump Rooms or the Royal Crescent in Bath are minutes away. In addition less than an hour away sits the world heritage area of Stonehenge or, for something a little different, the Bath racecourse (5 minutes by car) has meetings throughout the week and in the summer months.
In all, Newbridge has a great appeal to those groups who, taking advantage of a large amount of Bath based corporate entertainment, can really create a wonderful and memorable short stay.
