A library with a thousand books for peace and quiet and contemplation of the views, an elegant dining table to celebrate at - even a grand piano. There's an extensively equipped kitchen with everything required for cooks to relish catering for the group, and a separate breakfast room for informal meals. Children are well catered for too, with equipment including toys, cots, high chairs and games.
Many of the bedrooms are en suite, and some contain zip link beds which can be configured as superkings or twins for flexibility depending on your group requirements.
The beautiful large garden is asking to be played in, with play equipment and outdoor games too. And it's somewhere for the dogs to chase the rabbits. A balcony provides the perfect place for fell-watching sundowners.
And above all the location is stunning - beautiful views, easy access to watersports on Lake Windermere and in a great position for accessing other parts of the Lake District.
