Set in the Ochil Hills on a working estate you will have only the local pheasant and cattle as neighbours, yet it is only a short drive to Perth city centre and only an hour away from Edinburgh.

Rossie Ochil Estate would particularly suit family and friend getaways with 4 properties close to each other yet with their own indoor and outdoor spaces ensuring no one is getting under each others feet!

Rossie Ochil House is our estate home with 6 en suite bedrooms. There is a large farmhouse kitchen with traditional AGA, a large dining room, a TV lounge and a second lounge. A games room is to the rear of the property, and leads out to your private hot tub!

If you require further accommodation, you can add on the annexe, offering a further 2 bedrooms, TV lounge, family bathroom and kitchen.

The Granary and Keepers Lodge both have 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a further two shower rooms. Downstairs each has a kitchen dining area, utility and TV lounge leading to the games room. There is also an enclosed garden area with private hot tub.

The Old Byre has 3 bedrooms with a master en suite plus a family bathroom upstairs with an additional shower room downstairs. Downstairs also offers a large open plan kitchen dining area which leads to the TV lounge. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with private hot tub.
