Larger groups can be accommodated May to October by using our teepees, campsite (bring your own tents) and Base Camp building.

Our fantastic location in the heart of the Peak District gives access to wonderful countryside, interesting places to visit and towns/villages to explore. The traffic free Monsal Trail is accessible direct from our site and popular with walkers and cyclists giving easy access to Bakewell and Blackwell Mill near Buxton.

Our self contained accommodation buildings each have their own fully equipped kitchen and dining/lounge rooms with an LCD TV and Bluray player. Each building also has its own own garden/patio area and BBQ which makes eating outside a popular option. If you require catering support or full catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. The bedrooms have a mix of bunk-beds and single beds and accommodate 2 - 8 people. Free WiFi is available in all buildings.

Our Base Camp kitchen and dining room, the campsite and Teepee village are also available to book by groups. This dining room which seats 60 is a great space to meet and eat together for larger groups.

We have a number of meeting and conference rooms, including a Yurt, available for day visitors and resident groups in addition to the accommodation buildings. This is popular with school groups, large family and friends gatherings, sports clubs, corporate groups, wedding receptions, events and festivals; the site and wide range of facilities are very flexible to meet the needs of your group. Dog Friendly

We ask guests not to bring their pets, we have a no dogs on site policy (except for assistance dogs).

Kitchen

There are fully equipped kitchens in all accommodation buildings and in the Base Camp.

Dining Room

The Lodge dining room seats up to 40, the Farm House dining room 36, the Base Camp dining room 60, Woodlands dining room 10.

Sitting Room

The Lodge has a separate lounge; the Farm House and Woodlands have combined lounge / dining rooms.

TV and Music Facilities

LCD TV and Bluray players. Digital projectors available for meetings.

Games Room

Available by request, depending on availability (at an additional cost). Games include table tennis, table football, board games and more.

Heating and Open Fires

Gas central heating in all buildings. Outside campfire areas, with seating (available by prior request).

Bedrooms

The Lodge has 9 bedrooms, the Farm House 7, *Woodlands 2 (and a convertible lounge) - please see the floor plan for the up to date configuration.

Linen

Provided. Guests need to bring their own towels.

Bathrooms

Toilets and showers in all accommodation buildings and adjacent to the campsite in the Base Camp building.

Children's Facilities

Children are welcome on site although guests will need to bring their own cots and ensure their child's safety. We have 2 high chairs per building.

Outdoor

We have 30 acres including outdoor seating areas, sports field, cycle trail and campfire areas.

Swimming Pool

The nearest swimming pool is in Bakewell, 3 miles away. Others nearby are in Hathersage (9 miles), Matlock (10 miles) and Buxton (11 miles).

Parking

On site car park for 25 cars plus 1 disabled space (shared between all guests). Overflow car park for approximately 32 cars (weather dependant).

Smoking

Only in designated areas away from the buildings.
